Nike Design with Grind Challenge is an open competition that invites people from around the world to propose ideas for how to use materials from old shoes and leftover scraps from manufacturing, repurposing them back into useful, sustainable items for a circular economy.

With OpenIDEO Berlin Chapter, we hosted an event, inviting the local community to participate in this challenge where they could learn useful tools to come up with their own ideas to solve this issue. Nike representatives were part of the event, giving feedback and advice as people concepted.

I concepted and designed the communications for the OpenIDEO Berlin Chapter, and set the standards for the chapters around the world, mixing the materials in a circular design that evokes the process through which they will go.
