Food waste is an ugly problem.
In the USA alone, 40% of fruits and vegetables are put into landfills every year...for cosmetic imperfections. Ugly Fruit, a Boulder, Colorado-based company, aims to address this problem by turning the perfectly good, but imperfect-looking fruit into edible snacks.
